New Court Bookings System coming to UTC soon
Hello UTC Community,
We are pleased to announce that UTC will be introducing Court Reserve (CR) as our new software platform for online court bookings.
Why Court Reserve?
Court Reserve has rapidly become a very popular program at many clubs in North America. It has a very rich list of member-friendly features including:
easy to use mobile app
member notification/messaging
management and email notifications for all names on bookings
ability to substitute names on bookings
self-checkin and digital scanning
and many more features
It also has many integrated modules in addition to online court bookings (membership, event management, lesson management, etc) and many features to permit us to better administer and monitor our club activities.
However, we will be introducing new features and modules on a step-by-step basis to ensure a smooth transition from our existing systems and processes.

Chris Wan, a former UTC IT Director and Volunteer of the Year winner, generously volunteered to develop our current software platform and has been supporting it on a volunteer basis for several years now. We are eternally grateful and will continue to rely on him until the transition is complete. Many thanks to Chris!!!
What is the Plan to Switch?
We have a detailed plan and schedule of transition. The last day that our current system will contain court bookings is July 1st. Starting July 2nd court bookings will show on CR. You will receive an email well before these dates that will provide more details on instructions and updated related policies. Stay tuned!
What do I do now?
We have already moved all membership profile data to CR except for password. However, we would like you to now sign in to your new CR account, set up your password and double check that your personal info is accurate. Follow the First Time login steps in the Court Reserve FAQ.
Note: we had a group of about 30 members do CR testing for us. If you were part of that group, you already have access to your account and set up your password. You should be good to go for now!
