UTC Membership WAITLIST INFORMATION
If you are not currently an adult member and would like to join our club, please put yourself, and anyone else who would like to join, on our waitlist. We currently do not have a waitlist for juniors. If you would like to have a Household Membership, choose that option (Household-Adult or Household-Junior) but enter every Household member separately.
Everyone who wants to join needs to be listed as an INDIVIDUAL on the waitlist.
Please note every name on our waiting list represents one potential spot in the club. If you want to sign up others, please enter them individually on the list. There must be a match between name & email on the Waitlist and name & email entered when joining.
Returning Members are given the option to renew their membership each year, before new members are invited to join.
There is no obligation for signing up.

Our adult membership is currently very close to the maximum we set for 2024. Junior memberships are still being accepted. We are however created a waiting list for potential additional members to register and be invited to join at a future time. This invitation will likely not be forthcoming unitil next year for those joining the Waitlist now.
Invitation to Join Club
After we have processed any returning members, we send out our first batch of invitations to people on our waitlist with instructions and a deadline to join. People who do not respond to our invitation are assumed to no longer be interested in joining the club and so will be taken off the waitlist. Anyone can re-register on the list if they become interested in the club again but will be placed at the bottom of the list.

Full Season Membership
Full Season Membership at the Unionville Tennis Club is open to any member of the public 5 years of age or older. To participate in any UTC event or program an individual must be a member in good standing of the Club. The annual membership fee includes access to our 9 courts with no additional court fees, as well as access to the many organized teams, programs and events. A nominal fee is charged for programs such as Round Robins, Inter-County Teams, Socials and Tournaments to cover their extra costs such as balls, administration or prizes. Private and Group Lessons, as well as Juniors, Recreational and Competitive programs are also available, under the direction of our qualified coaches at reasonable fees. Please refer to the appropriate section of this web site for further details. UTC membership is non transferable, and non refundable.

Membership Registration
Registration for the 2024 Season Opened on Feb 23rd for Returning 2023 UTC Members.
Registration invitation will be sent to UTC waitlist for adults in batches starting on March 4th.
Junior Membership registration for public is also starting on March 4th.
Registration for Membership is done online. You can find more registration instructions here. We hope to offer recreational programs, lessons and competitive play similar to last season. Membership ID
Since 2022, all members will be issued a unique UTC Membership ID and are expected to have it available to show the monitor or volunteer on duty as proof of membership. Failure to show your ID could result in being refused access to the courts. Every registered member is assigned a unique Membership ID which corresponds to their UTC Membership. Policies
All members are expected to adhere to the club's rules and code of conduct on the courts and in the clubhouse. Failure to do so may result in the individual's membership privileges being revoked. Please go to policies page for details.

Guests
At this time, we will not be accepting guests at the club. UTC has public hours and welcome the public to enjoy our courts during these times.
